Last updated: October 21, 2026.
At Ruah Media we take care of the data of the people and companies that visit our site, contact us or work with us. This policy explains what information we receive, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Ruah Media is a digital marketing agency in Nicaragua and is responsible for the data described here. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to us at info@ruah.media or on WhatsApp at +505 8408 8891.
What data we receive
Data you give us. When you fill out a contact or quote form we receive what you write in it, for example your name, email, phone and message.
Browsing data. We use Google Analytics to know, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not give us your name or email.
Client data. If you work with us, we keep the information needed for the project: contacts, quotes, files and billing.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare quotes, provide our services and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the site and our tools work (web hosting, email and Google Analytics), and only for that purpose, or when an authority requires it under the law.
Publishing tools and YouTube services
We use an internal tool called Waves to publish our own videos on our YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. Waves uses the YouTube API Services. When connected, it only accesses what is needed to upload videos and show the channel name; it does not read other people's data. Authorizations are stored encrypted on our own computer and are not shared with third parties.
When using features that depend on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account security settings.
Waves' use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
In addition to Google Analytics cookies, the site uses technical cookies required to work. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; the site will keep working, although some features may be affected.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to reply to you, provide the service or meet legal obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages from us, by writing to info@ruah.media. We reply as soon as possible.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and password-protected access. No system is infallible, but if we detect a problem affecting your data, we will let you know.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
